Now What?

"Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence" -Aristotle

,but Buddha says something like "... to get rid of all the pain, let go all the desires you have..."

Why everybody chasing happiness or better "permanent pleasure" when there isn't any? Night night wisdom.

Happiness is sort of weakness to permanent pleasure ,because it comes with the pain. No pain, no gain. (Then no happiness.) Without obtaining something (it could be emotinal such as helping others and getting satisfied), hormones to be happy will not release themselves.

Everytime it has its own price, therefore, pain is inevitable.

"Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional" - Buddha

If you accept the equations of  "happiness/pain=1" which means you can never get more happiness(satisfaction-peace) without paying it, then whatever you do in this world you can never obtain a surplus from this life.

Accepting dissolves the suffering, and helps to bring the equation closer to "1". But why continously trying to be happy (at peace?) ? No, answer to that. Except we're basic animal whose emotions directly manipulates in the normal course of life. Without noticing, without caring it...

And all comes to an end with the question of "why we are surviving except our instinct orders to do that?"...

You dumb animal. Continue to drift in nothingness.
